From scope to first light

A telescope and a project both start with a scope. These four phases are how every engagement runs, and what each one owes you.

  1. 01Scope

We pin down what your team does now and what the project will cover.

    What it produces
A written scope. What is included, what is not, and what it will cost.
    What we need from you
Time with the people who do the work today, and sight of the files and forms they already use.
  2. 02Align

We agree on the screens and the timeline before anything is built.

    What it produces
Agreed screens and a dated plan you have signed off.
    What we need from you
Decisions. Which fields matter, who may see what, and what has to be ready first.
  3. 03Build

We build in the open, in pieces you can see and try.

    What it produces
Working software, delivered in parts you can use before the whole is finished.
    What we need from you
Someone to look at each part and say whether it fits the way you work.
  4. 04First light

The system goes live, your staff are trained, and we stay reachable.

    What it produces
A system in daily use, your people trained on it, and the code and data in your hands.
    What we need from you
A date that suits your week, and the staff who will use it on the day.

Built under the same sky.

Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will tell you how we would approach it.
